Our team of experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you improve your technique, build your strength, and increase your endurance. Each instructor is certified and has years of experience in Muay Thai.

Training directly under 6-time World Muay Thai Champion Master Soahin Srisuk, Kurt Fichtner, Nayanna Fichtner, and Emily Fichtner offer decades of experience in Muay Thai and many other martial arts.

Coach Kurt has been training students and fighters for over 25 years and has fought both amateur and professional kickboxing. He is a certified Muay Thai Master Trainer under Ajarn Soahin Srisuk, and is a 3rd degree Blackbelt in American Freestyle Karate and Tae-Kwon-Do under 4-time Battle of Atlanta Karate Champion, Bill Rowling. Coach Kurt has been competing in martial arts since 1994, starting with Karate and TKD, and eventually amateur and professional kickboxing, earning national amateur ranking in 2001 by placing 3rd in the Coca-Cola USA Nationals. Coach Kurt has always had a passion for teaching and works as an ESOL teacher for the Escambia County School District. As a coach, and trainer Kurt has been training and cornering professional and amateur fighters for over 2 decades. He brings years of striking experience and coaching knowledge to our location.

Coach Nayanna is an experienced competitor and martial artist, with multiple kickboxing and Muay Thai fights. She has trained martial arts since she was a toddler and has been competing in Kickboxing and Muay Thai since she was 8 years old. Coach Nayanna is also a 1st degree American Freestyle Karate Blackbelt. Nayanna also holds a purple belt in BJJ and has years of experience in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and freestyle wrestling. Although she is young, her experience in different martial arts, as well as her competitive spirit has created a very knowledgeable coach. With her combined Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate, wrestling, and BJJ experience coach Nayanna has competed nearly her entire life, a multiple of times, in multiple states, and in many different styles of fighting. She is an excellent coach for anyone but excels at coaching women and children. Coach Nayanna has strong moral integrity, with a calling to help others. Aside from coaching and sharing her knowledge of martial arts, she works as a dedicated member of Escambia County Law Enforcement, for the local Sheriff's department.

Coach Emily is a veteran Mixed Martial Artist, and a very well-rounded martial arts competitor. Emily is a 4 stripe BJJ Purple belt under Coral Belt and BJJ pioneer, Marcelo Alonzo. She is a former ranked IBJJF gi and nogi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, competed and placed in multiple co-ed and absolute division grappling competitions, and has fought both amateur and professional MMA. Coach Emily has also fought Muay Thai and competed in Karate. Emily has over a decade of coaching experience, from owning and operating martial arts schools, to teaching for colleges and various city parks and recreation programs. As part of her coaching experience, Emily has cornered professional and amateur fighters in multiple US states. Coach Emily has trained Muay Thai for over a decade, is a professional level boxer, as well as a 1st degree Blackbelt in American Freestyle Karate. Coach Emily also owned and operated a successful martial arts supply store, Tacoma Fight Shop, for many years.
